Background
Marina-Alhambra is a Spanish owned estate agency based on the Urbanisation La Marina, near Alicante in Spain. They required a bi-lingual website to cater for the different nationalities of their customers. A website was needed to showcase their portfolio of new and resale properties.
As properties are sold and new ones come onto the market at a high frequency, it was required that they could modify these portfolio easily themselves.
They also wanted the front page to stand out from the crowd and wanted the ability to modify the websites Meta Tags. These are the tags that most search engines use to find and classify web pages.
Solution
A database driven website was built that allowed visitors to search for properties using search criteria. Hex Designs content management system was added to enable them to modify their property portfolio easily and securely from any internet enabled computer.
The website was then translated and the front page created complete with a Multimedia Flash logo and language selection options.
